As the current COVID-19 situation in Hong Kong continues to worsen, the amount of information and misleading advice can cause confusion and misunderstanding.

We have complied links to important information, resources, and steps to be taken if a domestic worker tests positive for COVID-19.

Your employer legally should help arrange your home quarantine. If they do not wish you to quarantine at home, they should provide alternative housing. If you are not allowed to return, contact the Philippine Consulate (Monica) 9155 4023 or HELP for Domestic Workers 5936 3780.

*Please note that this is a document in progress. We will update and add more information as the situation evolves.

If you have been discharged and told to self-isolate but are unable to return home**, then call HELP at 5936 3780.
