This is the new face of HKIA THE SKY BRIDGE
Ricky Leung, Executive Engineering of Technology, Airport Authority of HKIA, is pleased with the successful delivery of Skybridge Structure.
The precast segment of Skybridge was delivered by sea and standby at the under-construction 3rd runway before they installed at HKIA Terminal 1 gates 11 connected to North Satellite Concourse N501- 510 bay, minimising between the two buildings no longer to shuttle by buses.
The SKY BRIDGE will also provide great views further enhanced passengers beautiful experience of selfie too, as it is the world’s largest airside bridge allowing the largest aircraft double decker A380 to passed underneath.
