Hundreds of thousand around the world overseas Filipino worker (OFW) are present, to sake good pasture and want  to experience new things and  the  life working abroad.  Some are professionals to be called skilled workers, while others are low skilled workers, work under the roof of an employer called domestic helper. Does not matter what nature of jobs it'll be, one thing   in common, to help their family way back home.

Working overseas are very uncertain to everyone and you have to anticipate many things along the way.

Adjustment is the major aspect, the moment you arrived to the foreign country you should be ready to be with new people; for you will be working to an individual, who you never see and meet in your entire life, that leads you   to  take a lot of adjustment; most likely  in your work environment, people you work with and the country you’re in, for their culture are too different from  the culture we used to be.

Before working overseas,  have two things are always next to your mind like  A) Am I able to make it? B) And Am I  be fortunate  in the hands of a country I’m going to? For the good salary you will earn abroad does not guarantee if your life is at risk, While many anticipated things are along the way, the virtue of courage and faith push a  person to go work overseas for it is the best attitude you have to accompany to survive either  you are professional and non-professional workers.

While others are flexible in adapting new environment and others are not; some stays longer and some go home with tears,  the vulnerability of a neophyte is a  big challenge   on how to be successful in the journey.

Albeit, its not easy to work overseas we  are being motivated by our goals and dreams that one day we gonna have a good life for us and our family.
