I know the feeling of having nothing

That's why with all might i'm sharing

Gifts and talents God has bestowed

For giving back is a trait i can't forgo.

Being kind and charitable to our fellow

Innate qualities so sweet and mellow

For God demonstrated how to be a giver

Died on the cross because we're sinner.

That means giving is the only portal

To a sheer blissful life among mortals

Giving a dime, or your precious time

Is considered incomparable and divine.

I may arduously sweat blood whole day

If self-centeredness is what i portray

If i don't have a compassionate heart

Then labor will be futile and fall apart.

Because the essence of life is in giving

Whether time, talents, or volunteering

Just like migrants perseverely working

For family's sake will endure everything.
