You have a beautiful smile,  they say

You seem so strong all day

Positive all the way

So fine and okay

Like a sturdy tree

It seems like I was free

From a mind full of anxiety

From a heart that is heavy

But behind the smile that is flaunt sweetly

Hides suffering that occurs mentally

The pain, the torture, the agony

They've been inside my head lately

While I was busy taking care of my body

The mind is facing uncertainties

It was surely empty and lonely

The moment I knew it's no longer healthy

That beautiful smile, that's imaginary

It hides what is happening in reality

This shall now a reminder to everybody

Mental health is as important as our healthy body.
