SILENT PROTEST

By Vianee Fernie

Startled to see innocence and guilt

Emerging paranoia

Silent utter threats conceived

I must be calm

But I’m just a performing animal

Misguided by the sinful saint

In the silent world

Whisking sand

Turns into a broken glass, as it reaches my palm

He is provoking my pain-------

Giving distorted silence

Giving distorted silence

Hails of bullets augment my fear

Despite of my humble protest

Brace myself from this defeat

Seeking redemption on top of the giant peaks

As the Everest speaks

Deceived by the sinful saint

In the cruel world

Whisking sand

Turns into a broken glass, as it reaches my palm

While am Prolonging my agony

A Noble is disturbed

Turns into broken glass

As it reaches my palm

He is provoking my pain-------

Giving distorted silence

Giving distorted silence
