Overview
PNB Global Remittance & Financial Company (HK) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank, is registered with the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong. On 1 July 2010, PNB Global took the remittance business of PNB Remittance Center, Ltd. with the former as the surviving entity. It now operates as a money lender and remittance company. As of 30 December 2013, it maintains seven (7) offices in Hong Kong. Its remittance business is regulated by the Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong.
