They say once you got a work in a foreign land, it is easy to achieve your dream in your life. But for me its not like that, because it doesn’t matter how much salary you got, sometimes it matter how working hours you got, how much money you send, spend and save.

Not all who go in a foreign land have their lucky, some are lucky in their employer and some are unfortunate. Some people even die in foreign land who just dream for the sake of her/his family and future.

Me, I can say I’m one of a million Filipino workers who got a fortune in terms of employer. They maybe not be generous, but they are kind people.

There are times or days that all of us have a stressful day, but its normal to us, it is matter hope you face it and cope with it. As a person who work here in Hong Kong each of us have dreams to believe and eagerness to achieve it.

We just need to trust in ourself, sacrifice for that dreams and patience to all the trials that will come on us. Family terms and matter not all of us are lucky to have people who will understand our sacrifices and hardship. We just need to show them firmness to what we want to have dream and communication.

Not all family members understand our hard work here abroad. You’re lucky if your family member gave importance to the amount you are spending to them, because some family get broken or untrustworthy in terms of the money you are sending to them. Not all family members, even extended family members, understand the value of hardship.

There are those who just think that you work abroad so you’re rich. That’s the typical stereotype mindset of some family relatives. May the time past many things happen around us, within ourselves or even in our family circle. But still, time will come that we will still give up working here in Hong Kong. Time will come that our dream, to settle and go home for good in just need to be strong have faith in ourself and have faith in God for everything we do.
