Hongkong is one of the best city in the world, for its diverse culture and one country two system that makes it more unique in any other cities. A city of an expat as they says, for here you can do anything you like, for being an open city.

Hongkong is a shopping capital of Asia, in here you can buy stuff of imported goods from clothes, shoes, foods, bags, cosmetics, housewares, and more in a cheaper price. Not only that, the city also offer various tourist destination like Ocean park, Hongkong Disney Land, Tia Tan Buddha, Wet Land Park, Lan Tau Island, Victoria Harbor, The Peak and more.

It’s been fifteen months I am working here in Hongkong as a foreign worker, and I can say working here test my patience, perseverance, courage, strength and faith to God that makes me stronger and more determine person. Having here is one of the best experience in my life.

For Hongkong offer a lot of statutory holidays for foreign worker that allow us to take rest and go around the city to do shopping, eating and visit the famous tourist spot of Hongkong. Hongkong is a country that allow foreign workers to do various activities, that is why foreign worker here are too busy during the day off.

Although the city offer various place to go with, unfortunately I myself is not able to visit those, for during my day off, the things I do is do jogging in Lam Tin park, and after jogging for two hours, I straight away go to church and after the service I go home immediately.

To avoid spending money, but sometimes if I have available money I do window shopping and eat food I like. And whenever I do not want to go to church I just stay in the public library for its just next to the building where we are.

But, in my few months left here in Hongkong I promise to myself to visit the famous tourist destination of the city. For me to experience and see the beauty of the city and to gather memory of my stay here.

As I am leaving this beautiful city for the next chapter of my journey, To the foreign worker of Hongkong, allow yourself to explore the city while you are here, do not missed the chance to visit the beautiful places of Hongkong before you leave, just like me, I am happy and proud to have the opportunity to stay and work to the one of the best city in the world.
