At Splash we believe that everyone should have the chance to learn how to swim. It's the only sport that can save your life after all. Our free 12-week programme is designed for absolute beginners, but those with some swim experience are also welcome. We emphasize three key areas: balance and buoyancy, breath control, and calm and controlled movements. People come for swimming but leave with confidence, improved self-esteem, new friends, life skills and so much more.
